Manage and create access rights

Prime WebAccess allows you to manage access rights, such as cards, keys, or fingerprints. In the case of cards, you can design the layout, you can also print the design and codes on the cards.

Customer and contractor management

You can control the locations of your company or company representative offices, create and manage contractor accounts. You can give them access to specific jobs and create accounts for them.  

A user profile allows you to access the person and data (rights) assigned to you.

Extended event control

The system offers you the ability to freely define how it should react in the event of certain events, which is why it contains an unlimited number of control routines. In case the alarm system is activated:


   Closes one or more port attachments, emails or SMS to a specific address
   Prints logs
   Saves images from the appropriate surveillance camera
   Sends alarm messages with picture as 
   The timer starts
   Starts a predefined task through the scheduler task
   Modifies crisis level settings for one or more locations
   Creates a file containing all relevant information

Alarm management

The Primion system allows you to send certain alarm messages or types of alarm messages to specific system users, due to the expanded event control and the combination of a modern access control system with the use of an alarm system. The system will also define the priority of messages at the individual level and assign different routines.

You have the option to display a picture of the person or status to make a visual comparison with the person who made the event. Finally, you can assign one of 99 different priority levels for alarms and you can define three different types of alarms.

Registration of visits

The reception system for visitor registration can relieve the reception staff. You can integrate it into your access control system to improve security standards in your company. Visitors can be announced in advance, and processed very quickly upon arrival. With other options, you can manage groups of visitors as well as time-limit access rights for visitors who come for a short visit.

Do you have high security requirements? Elements such as video cameras, alarms and fire detectors or personal separations can be integrated into the system.

Apps that manage visitor rights are visitor books that show you every access to "online booking" and record who has been where and for how long and who forgot to return their visitor pass. The dates of issuance and return of visitor passes are stored in the database and thus the history of visitors is provided.

Workflow access control

Workflow is an automatic process by which you:

You consent to or deny a request for additional access rights for certain people  

You can track the progress of the approved request

The whole process together with your response and the progress of the approved request is recorded in the software.

The set requests are displayed on the screen, and you can see the details depending on the settings. You can also enable temporary extensions. In addition to requesting access to certain areas, the request may be the ability to log on to certain readers over a period of time, for example when visiting a regional office or branch.  

Workflow can spare you the creation and issuance of temporary cards with special rights to the people in charge of security at the locations to be visited.
